Holland House might be a new agency in the events world, but its foundations are built by a great team of old friends who’ve delivered world class experiences for decades and built businesses from scratch.

Which means you’ll be in great hands if you share this journey with us as a client, partner or housemate.

So, first things first. What do we mean by "Experience is Everything"?

Well for us, this is where the creative journey of every experience we design for our clients must begin. What do we want people to feel, share, say or do when they engage with a brand in the real world? And how do we make it happen?

Somewhere along the way, we think that the experience itself is being overlooked. And too much time and money is being invested in things that have little or no impact on the end result.

We believe that’s missing the point. And want to do things differently.

Stripping out the stuff audiences don’t see. Focussing on brilliant ideas and channelling our time and client money into things they will appreciate and remember. Clever and thoughtful touches that don’t cost the earth. Fun activations that make them smile and want to share. Creating moments that will really move them on a human level.

That’s what we’re all about.

As hands on and experienced founders, we stay close to the work, make decisions quickly and protect quality. And bring in the right team, with the best skills, to deliver brilliantly at every stage from concept to reality.

I’ve spent over two decades in PR & experiential, working my way up to board level at one of the UK’s leading agencies in 2011. Along the way I’ve delivered and overseen some of the UK’s most high profile work, from sponsorship activations and product launches to corporate hospitality, B2B programmes, media events and consumer engagement.

I love the ideas stage, but I’m happiest when we’re building it for real and bringing the concepts to life. I’m known for making a big impact on any budget, and for making people feel genuinely looked after, whether they’re a head of state or a member of the public.

I’m creative to my core and pretty uncompromising on standards, in the best possible way. I want the client to feel calm and confident, and I want the audience to feel like every detail has been thought through - because it has.

Chris

I’ve spent most of my career founding, backing and scaling businesses, usually where expectations are high, budgets are tight and the detail really matters.

My mission has always been simple. Think differently, do the hard stuff properly and make businesses thrive.

I’ve always been a closet creative and I’ve probably had a bit too much fun shaping the events and brand journeys of the companies I’ve been involved with.

What I’m bringing into experiential world is that same energy. Challenge the obvious, raise the quality, deliver more than people expect without always needing the biggest budget.

We’ve built Holland House to handle work of any scale. We flex as needed, bringing in trusted experts to get the job done. For clients, that means lower agency overheads, founder input from start to finish and the best bespoke teams. All of which enables us to spend the money where it matters most.

We push ourselves creatively and challenge everything, but we will never sell fantasy. If we commit to an idea, we know it will work. We use our skill, knowledge, relationships and expertise to bring the creative vision to life and don’t take “no” for an answer unless it breaks another Holland House rule.
